YOGA via Zoom
I am offering free yoga classes beginning Autumn 2020
Schedule for September 2020:
Mat Yoga, Tuesdays, 11:30 - 12:30 p.m.
An open class for both beginning and more experienced yoga students. A yoga mat is recommended. Other useful props: yoga blocks, a small blanket or large towel, and a long strap (in order of preference: yoga belt, a bathrobe belt, or a resistance band) .
Gentle Yoga and Meditation, Thursdays, 11:30 - 12:30 p.m.
This class will include meditation, stretching, standing postures with modifications, and a final relaxation/savasana. You may practice on a mat, or seated in a chair. A long strap recommended (in order of preference: yoga belt, a bathrobe belt, or a resistance band) .

Classes are open to everyone/all levels, donation optional
Suggested donation: $1-20 dollars (Please donate what you can afford, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.)

I will be teaching virtual NYU Yoga Classes in October and November. These class are free and open to anyone with an NYU NetID.

Hatha Yoga, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 12:00 - 12:55 p.m.
Saturdays, 11:00 - 11:55 a.m.
Gentle Yoga & Meditation, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:00 - 12:55 p.m.
